17 FABULOUS YEARS

Well it's been 17 years of living, loving and learning together. Shawn and I spent our 17th wedding anniversary at the St. Louis temple where we were able to seal our grandparents and their siblings together for time and all eternity. We had a fabulous day and we have had a fabulous 17 years. No I am not crazy and yes there have been less than fabulous days but for the most part I have always thought being married to Shawn was the most fabulous choice I made.

17 reasons I love my fabulous husband

1. He made me laugh from day 1 and he still makes me laugh
2. He loves our children with all that he has
3. He is patient with me even when I'm not so patient with him
4. He loves his family and mine
5. He works hard everyday
6. He does the dishes every night
7. He is an example of provident living-even when I don't want to be!
8. He helped me grow a garden for years even when he hated every minute of it (he loves it now)
9. He puts his whole heart into his church service no matter what it is or who it is for.
10. He supports me in my community volunteering and church responsibilities.
11. He still loves to have fun and sometimes forgets that he is 40 years old.
12. He always wants to have a party
13. He goes to work early every morning so he can be home every evening with us.
14. He makes the temple a priority
15. He always has a plan
16. He has a testimony of Jesus Christ.
17. He loves me for who I am.

I love you Shawn and look forward to many more years together.
