SNOW DAYS

Last week we had an ice/slush/snow storm so the kids were off of school for three days. We decided to take advantage of the little bit of snow that we got and go sledding. The kids had a great time and after spending 2 hours playing we came home injury free. That wasn't an easy accomplishment with Carter hitting a tree head first, Ryker and Joella wiping out on their sled and multiple crashes by Shawn and the older boys. Kennedy wasn't with us because she chose to go on a shopping spree with her friend to Barnes and Noble. I hate to say it but I think that was a good choice.


Brady decided to take a try at the ramp on his snow board. Although not very graceful in the air he did stick the landing and recieved some applause from some onlookers.

It seemed that the only pictures I could get of Carter were wipe outs. I think he spent most of his time picking himself up and dusting off the snow.




Ryker had the good life as he just got to take free rides down the hill and then someone would pull him back up. He absolutely loved it.
Justin spent his time trying to see how much air he could get off the ramp.



After another fun day in the snow we were tired and ready to go home and get warm.
